Our Why
Unparalleled to any Talent Management Group, Rewired is an ORGANIZATION for talent, run by talent.
In contrast to finance and other industries Jason had experienced, a substantial knowledge gap existed between the businesses orchestrating the deals and the talent responsible for executing and finalizing them.
As a result, he identified a new perspective and opportunity needed in this space: an opportunity for talent to be represented by talent, and to be aligned with an organization who bridged the gap between the businesses and those executing the partnerships.

Tex, Doja, and Benny - I could cry thinking about them. Tex is my rescue chihuahua who is attached to my hip. Doja is my first cat; she has a larger than life personality and never stops talking - she's often screaming outside my office door. And Benny (aka Bean) is my newest kitty, who my husband found abandoned at 2 weeks old. The chances of you seeing 1 or all of them in the background of calls? Very high.
