Unparalleled to any Talent Management Group, Rewired is an agency for talent run by talent.
Unlike finance or any other business he had seen, there was a massive knowledge gap between the businesses doing the deals and the talent that were executing and agreeing to these deals. As a result, he identified a new perspective and opportunity needed in this space. An opportunity for talent to be represented by talent, and to be aligned with an agency who bridged the gap between the businesses and those executing the partnerships.
For 10 years of his career, Jason Tartick was a senior banker working directly with CFOs of companies that earned over $100,000,000 in revenue. Within that industry he had recognized a very thin knowledge gap between the bank and CFOs.
Shortly after, he was thrown into the influencer marketing industry after he gained a large, unexpected social media platform that was sparked by his time on reality television in 2018.
Because of his lack of experience in the new realm of social media, he was being burned over and over on contracted brand collaborations. Thus, he recognized that he had to quickly leverage his business experience, and knowledge from his MBA to learn an industry he knew nothing about: Social Media Marketing.

In 2020, he teamed up with Evan Sahr, a business development executive, who had an extensive and reputable background in talent management. From then on, they have built a talent management boutique like no other. An agency that is founded by talent, guided by talent and built for talent.
